Hi, I tried to start the master cleanser on Sunday. The night before starting it, I took two herbal laxatives. On Sunday, when I did the sea salt flush, all my omissions were diarrhea. The following will include too much information, so I apologize ahead of time. By the end of the day all my omissions were a mixture of diarrhea and water. I had to stop the fast because my arse became sore from wiping it so much. What happened? How many days consecutively are we supposed to do the herbal laxative followed by the sea salt flush? Is it necessary to do the sea salt flush with warm water? I almost threw up trying to drink it. If I do it with cold water will it not work? I feel that is the only way I can drink the solution.
