This makes no sense. mhz means millihertz, so you're saying the heart "operates" in the range of 1 one-thousandth of a hertz to two thousandths of a hertz, 0.001 Hz to 0.002 Hz.

First, not, it doesn't.

Second, no zappers go that low.

If you meant something else and this was a typo, please repost. I am very interested in this topic.
