Any helpful tips for my first coffee enema? Also some questions...

I'm doing my first coffee enema in a few days and I have a couple of questions. Also any helpful tips for a beginner is welcomed! :)

1.) Is there a specific coffee that I need to buy? I have regular organic ground coffee at my disposal atm.

2.) Do I make the coffee in a coffee maker or do I boil water on the stove and add the coffee to boiling water? Some sites say to make the coffee in a regular coffee machine other say I can boil on top of the stove and add the cofee...I'm confused on which is the proper way. I don't own a coffee machine as I'm not really big on coffee so I'd like to know any other alternatives for making the coffee for the enema if you guys have any :)

3.) How frequently can I do them?
