Just passed a greenish type stone, size of a dime shaped like a nut. What was it?

I just passed something that was the size of a dime, and round, sort of like nut-shaped because it wasn't completely spherical.

Anyway, what I wanna know is if it got passed (out of body), does this mean that wherever it came from or whatever it was doing, and now since it was out, that organ will work better?
