Have you ever thought about looking into the study of iridology? That way you can look into your own eyes and see what is going on in your body from a day to day basis. Your eyes will show you where your weakness is and you can then study what types of natural cleansing or building you need to improve that condition.
I guess you already know about Hering's Law that states that healing moves from the inside out, so according to iridology the skin will be the last thing affected. So if you are not doing a cleansing at the moment and it is showing up on the skin then I can only assume that something within needs help coming out by both cleansing and building.
Usually what is involved is the lymph, bowels and liver, and of course no amount of rx cream will fix what's going on inside. I know you already know that, but thought I would add it for benefit of others. :)
I hope the forum owner is ok with me posting about iridology for I don't know what all is taught here.
