What laundry detergent do you use? Stop it!

Bed sheets ?
What do you sleep in ?
What kind of cover ?
What kind of pillow ?
What kind of mattres ?

Do you consume foods with Sugar added, alcohol, vinegar , food additives , food preservatives ? Stop it!

Eczema is intolerance reaction to something. It can be a reaction to your known allergens, or a reaction to unknown allergens.
