Why do my hands feel weak in the morning after waking up from REM sleep and can't clench a fist? Listeria and chromium.


Well I finally figured out why hands are weak after sleep. Turns out it is from listeria bacteria in the csf and it attacking the nerves in the carpal's. I reverse engineered this by realizing my body needed chromium to feel this feeling as it went away over time in my life but came back when I supplemented chromium. And also that listeria requires chromium to infect. So the listeria infecting the nerves is what causes the weakness. Read more here:
