Re: Monitor Your Thyroid!

I mostly just wanted to try the ERFA as I read a lot of good reviews on it. I still have about 4-5 weeks of Nature-Throid left.

I was taking 1 grain of Nature-Throid in the morning and 1/2 grain after lunch, but found I was still feeling a bit tired and having to go to bed early.
I added in 1 capsule GTA Forte II in the morning and it made a huge difference so much that I have dropped the 1/2 grain of Nature-Throid in the afternoon. For several days though I was waking up a bit too early and so I added in a capsule of Ashwagandha and 400 mcg Methyl Folate and Methyl B-12 so far...it feels like the perfect combo. We'll see how I feel as days go on.

I would highly recommend the GTA Forte for anyone who feels like they are tired and cold chronically.

I've never paid much attention to fillers, but I do believe that some people can have a bad reaction to them.
For some strange reason that I cannot figure out - after I drink a whey protein shake I get cold to the point where I am shivering for hours. I don't have that reaction to dairy. And admittedly I always add frozen fruit to the protein shake, making it cold, but I don't get cold like that when I drink a milk shake or smoothie. Is it the whey protein? It's so bizarre. Because of my reaction I am not convinced that it's as healthy as some people say. I'd rather eat eggs anyway I guess.

Sorry for the rambling...It seems to be a side effect of all the stuff I'm taking for my thyroid! :)
