Hey there, going to order some Humaworm. Been having digestive issues for about a year now and have tried a variety of SIBO, yeast, and leaky gut protocols to no avail. I was curious about fiber and prebiotics while taking the Humaworm. I do plan to take psyllium during the Humaworm, but would it also be beneficial to take some GOS and Acacia fiber as well? I know one is supposed to avoid probiotics during the Humaworm, but should prebiotics be avoided as well?
