Want to learn How To Be A Falconer.

It's always been my dream to be a falconer. I know it's a crazy dream and ambition which is not common among people but I have always been dreaming to become a falconer, It's not that I know much about it but I really would like to know and get a Trained professional. Back in Ontario my home, I had these people Hawkeye The Birds & Animal Control Specialists who use to have these trained falcons and eagles for Bird Control. These are trained "birds of prey" . Now I stay in Montreal, Can anyone suggest professional people who teach this art ?
