Definitely watch one of the longer Andreas Moritz videos where he talks about the liver flush.

or, wow, this is a real treasure. Just found the entire thing

http://www.truthkeeperz.com/andreas.moritz.-.the.amazing.liver.cleanse.pdf

and you can read the chapter: How do I know I have gallstones?

The Epsom Salts can dehydrate people.

and since the kidneys are already an issue, you want to be hydrated. And as with everything, fear is a contraindication--which is why I keep harping on reading and watching videos.

Magnesium citrate might be better than magnesium sulphate--I see Archus says that. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water leading up to the actual 10 pm drink of the flush. Otherwise, I don't know why anyone would end up in the ER. generally, it seems if something like that happens, the person didn't know what they were doing,
was chronically dehydrated (and maybe a soda drinker) or took too much ES.
