roundworm infection.. ascaris or strongyloides?

28 year old male .. 5'11.. 70kg

I have a disseminated infection of either strongyloides or Ascaris or both so im trying to get some clues as to which one it might be...

beginning symptoms 1.5 years ago..

extreme shortness of breath
horrible chest heavyness
food sensitivities
constipation
memory loss
dry skin & eczema ( 5 years )
distended abdomen
sinusitis / tinitus
rectal itching

throat & lung issues months prior to...

i feel large & small strong vibrations everywhere.. more so in my legs..

i take ivermectin almost daily when i feel chest pressure
i have tried albendazole & prazi for months
(felt pinching / biting)

i am now taking alinia & mebendazole..
i have had serious herxing with zinc sulfate & msm
i have had minor herxing with alinia & vermox

i have yet to try febenz & moxidectin

i requested an elisa test but my gp said i have psychoactive issues so i have to call around and see who will give me one.

what do you guys think?
