It sounds like you're really detoxing. It's so very important to read the book, make sure you have all your ingredients (laxitive tea/lemons/grade b syrup), and try to put yourself in a positive frame of mind to get through this. This is my second (15 day) cleanse, and it really is a "job" for these two weeks. However, I have more energy and feel better overall than I did with a diet of non-healthy foods pre-MC.
The benefits of this cleanse for someone overweight (like myself) has many many benefits. I started at 217...cleansed and dieted...and went down to 175 (April of last year). On this (my 2nd cleanse) I'm 183 and want to get down to 160. Believe me - I know it's doable. Once I finish up the MC, I will dive into my Medifast plan. It works - I lost 40
pounds last year..another 23
pounds should be easy (I hope).
The first couple of days are the hardest. You MUST drink your water (I drink no less than 66 oz) and lemonaid (I drink no less than 64 oz) and smooth move/laxative tea each morning (upon rising) and each night (before bed). You should also
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if you do not take tea in the morning.
Get some extra rest tonight, and I'm sure you'll be fine in the morning. Just remember -- liquids, liquids, liquids. It's a sure cure for many of the detox symptoms.
