How does one know a kidney cleanse has worked?

I am at the end of about 30 days of drinking the kidney cleanse tea by Andreas Moritz .

Is there a way to know that my kidneys have been cleansed of stones and crystals?

Experientially speaking, I noticed a few mild things. One, my eyes felt a bit energised for small durations, and this was mostly my left eye. It felt like there was some work being done in the muscles in my eye and just below them, as if getting fresh supply of blood. I felt the same after the Liver Flush I did a couple of months ago. Overall however, my eyes feel the same. These sensations are momentary. I still have tired eyes, with difficulty in convergence, for which I have been looking for a cure for long.

Two, in the second week I occasionally felt some stiffness and prickly sensations in my lower back, which seemed to be stones passing through the ureter. It was not really uncomfortable. My chronic back is better now than it was 10 months ago when I began to explore raw food, fasting, etc. I don't know if the kidney cleanse has added to healing though.

Third, I have been urinating more frequently. And four, I have been feeling more thirsty than usual. I suppose both these come from the diuretic effect of some of the herbs in the tea.

Also, my urine seems to be more foamy and has small little bubbles on it, more than was the case earlier.

Although these are a few small changes, I don't really see any substantial differences in my health from the time I began the kidney cleanse. Andreas Moritz writes that if you have little bumps on the skin below your eyes that is a sign of kidney stones. I have these, but they haven't gone during the cleanse.

How can one tell whether the kidneys are clean or not after the cleanse?

Are there effects one sees in the days to come after the cleanse?

Is it plausible that the sensations I described in the eye and lower back could be linked to kidneys being cleansed?
