Magnetron Magnetic Pulser

Can anyone advise me on the usefulness of the product called the "Computer Controlled Pulse Frequency Modulated Magnetic Pulser" on this web page - from a web site called Magnetron Magnetic Pulsers. I am actually trying to make a Bob Beck magnetic pulser, but can't find an air coil inductor or magnet wire for a reasonable price in Aus. So I was considering this, but I dont know enough about rife technology to judge this product.
