Giardia - Help!

I was diagnosed with Giardia this week (genova labs.) What has worked? I've had extreme fatigue for 1.5+ years and would get massive stomach aches and diarrhea every month or so. I've been trying to treat the fatigue as adrenal fatigue but cant get ahead there. I'm ready to knock this out so I can focus on healing myself. All labs are awful. I started a pro-b this week and had extreme gas again. It must be reacting with the parasite. I tried to do a light cleanse (advocare). See the link below. I had a severe herxheimer reaction and couldn't get out of bed. Any ideas?
