Is this normal?
I have a bit of a concern after trying an enema a few days ago.
My partner and I decided that we wanted to start experimenting in the bedroom anally. I wanted to be completely cleansed for it, so I went to the bathroom to give myself an enema. I went to the bathroom before the enema and everything came out normal. However, after the enema, I noticed that the liquid coming out of me was a green color. It was the same consistency as the water I put in, but for some reason, it changed to a green. I was extremely concerned and let the enema continue it's flushing. What became more concerning was that the color was changing to a darker shade of green. A lot of stool came out, of course, but that was a dark green colour too. I didn't have a bowel movement the next day. The day after, I had a small bowel movement where the stool was still the dark green color. I had one bowel movement today where the stool was a normal colour. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
Is this normal for people who are inexperienced with enemas? Is this normal at all?
* NOTE: I have done enemas before, but I haven't done them often. This is the first time I've tried it with the person I'm currently dating and we've been together for over a year now.
* NOTE: I looked into it online and I think I should state some things that might be important:
- I consumed a lot of meat the day prior to the enema.
- I did not eat any vegetables. I rarely eat vegetables, actually. The most recent vegetable I tried was a fried zucchini and I only took a bite.
- I ate just a few hours prior to the enema.
Any feedback is appreciated!
