That was my first meeting with Anna too. What a fabulous story, - there before your very eyes, as Archus said- for that panther. It just broke my heart, and remade it!


Here's Anna communicating with the white shark. Isn't it interesting, how she even LOOKS different in this one, you can see her really getting into the shark consciousness.

Edit: yes, I get that with pets. The "are you talking to me?"
look, the look back. (some do have a "You like me?" kind of relief. That can make me sad for a second. I can sense, maybe incorrectly, they are unused to being treated as if they are truly conscious beings, and not toys or ornaments.) It has surprised me sometimes
to be 'answered back' so to speak, when I realize I was! (saying in my mind something like, "Oh, you're a sweetheart." Or, "what a beautiful, noble creature.." ( I mean creature in the best sense, like a Divine creation)

Anna has opened my eyes and mind a lot to trusting my own perceptions. On the whole, we've allowed our perceptual ability to vegetate, or almost turn to stone. as a kind of protection against attack and defense. But all that's changing, thankfully!
