Congrats on day 5. Day 5 here too and besides having a carpet tongue, all is well. Even went to Sea World and sat through lunch with the family (while sipping my aid). The weight loss is a great perk huh (8 pounds down here already).

As far as eliminations - YES you should have both kinds. I like to refer to it as pee and butt pee (since that's all it is now). I know - that's probably way too much information (but there's really no other way to explain it).

Let's hope the tongue pinks up in another 5 days. I'm gonna keep going at it until I get the "all pink" LOL
