Huge Boil on Buttock. Best treatment? Please advise.

Just this evening, a neighbor saw a half-ping-pong ball sized boil on her teenager's rear end.

All I could think of was Bentonite Clay poltice, which she applied, mixed with some IF#2 (activated charcoal and slippery elm).

Wet the powder with filtered water, with some Walnut Hull Tincture and a few drops of Poke Tincture mixed in.

We shall see, but does anyone have a proven fix for such boils? Checking the web I see everything from cabbage leaf to potato, to carrot. Tumeric sounds likely. Plantain would work, but it has no leaves in winter. Please advise. Thank you.

The kid may not be able to attend school tomorrow.
