wholesome nutrition science

Junk and processed food, dairy inclusively, are the toxic and candida-promoting part. In my opinion you need to eat wholesome plant food, wholesome carbs-protein inclusively - like lentils, quinoa, potato, brown rice (everything with the fiber nature designed it to come with) - in moderation. And not to be afraid of raw fruits and vegg.
In my experience Candida comes with refined carbs. Those that are in whole food sources are not to be feared. They are reports of ppl getting rid of Candida overgrowth through banana-dominated diet as example.
Have plenty of fiber, so you are satiated easily long before a point of over-eating on calories. High nutrient density per unit of calorie is another way of expressing these principles. Stay away from refined, processed food.
You may have toxic symptoms if you have too much meat, not to mention the meat in my opinion is a useless food in the sense of: too much trouble for the little benefits.
Here are some nutrition videos, that I find valid and truthful. They are related to Candida problem in the sense of healthy wholesome food will rid you of candida, if there is candida overgrowth:
