CLEAN UP TIME - Day 8

DAY 8 – 02.06.16

I had no BM today. I have good energy today, feels like I can go with the fast forever. No foot soaks today, but I did castor oil pack on my liver area with heat pad, last night, that feels good. My gums are bleeding again. Sleep was erratic again. Knees feel great. Slight acid reflux yesterday and this morning. I have rashes with itching all over my body, I use coconut oil and itching goes away. Tongue is coated with white film and some foul breath. I intend to break my fast with an organic orange tomorrow.

My test results are good; changes from yesterday are in parentheses.

Weight - 152lbs (68.95kg, loss of 1lbs.)

BP - 110/70 (lower from yesterday)

Blood Glucose - 69mg/dL (went up a bit)
