This image of "Kissing Bugs", was taken in my backyard next to a cactus garden.... Almost every year I see them in the same place... This year I had tree work done and did they ever come out of the woodwork! I used diatomaceous earth all around the vicinity, but can't tell if it's going to keep them away. I saw this article with tips to keep them out of your house:
