Lili, save your banana peels and dry them, if you get too many to eat. they make great plant food. Or just a 'superfood' type powder. A nice flavour.

I've just discovered avocado pits. Grated. then powdered. add it back in to the avo, when you eat it. 70% of the good stuff is in the pit. I like the taste! am going to experiment, make some sort of vegan parmesan type thing with it, mixed with sunflower seeds.
