I took a saliva test for Candida recently at my naturopath and it turns out positive. Can anyone interpret this result for me?
Candida Antibodies (Saliva)
Candida Antibody IgG 4.0 0.0 - 10.0 units/mL
Candida Antibody IgA 11.0 *H 0.0 - 10.0 units/mL
4.0 and 11.0 refers to the result, whereas the range is between 0 - 10.
My naturopath mentioned that having 11.0 is not the worse, and that he has seen patients with 18 or more.
What exactly does IgG or IgA differentiates?
