I have ended my 5 days fast and had baked rice for dinner upon resuming food. Bad choice but it's rude not to join in the meal during a gathering. I did notice an improved appetite. I can now finish more than half of the baked rice served without feeling extremely bloated.
I was expecting at least 4kg of weight loss during my fast but sadly, I only lost 2kg of my weight which I assume is water weight. However, upon breaking my fast, I start having rashes and my weight starts to drop at around 1lbs each day. I'm planning to start another round of fast to finish the detox...
