Michael Chapala morgellonscure. Is he alive and safe??

Does anyone know if Michael is alive and safe? He and I are friends and were Working on joint project to perhaps mass produce his Morgellons magnetic cures items. I am a retired entrepreneur and have the funds. I also have both Lyme and Morgellons. I am an engineer, inventor, scientist and researcher. I was peacefullly retired until Morgellons hit. I fought Lyme to a draw and have several books on Amazon re reducing effects of Lyme. I have been doing constant research on Morgellons for 18 months now. Morgellons is the most complex subject/item/etc. I have ever researched. I HAVE come up with numerous methods to reduce Morgellons but no cure yet. That is what Michael and I were going to work together on. My phones are tapped (I am an EE and have apparatus to detect such things). I have tangled with government before. I warned Michael he was in much danger but he did not take me seriously (I believe). He has not picked up his mail in two weeks and his telephone inbox is full. I am in Kansas and he is/was in south Texas. Can anyone help?? He has a girlfriend. Anyone know her name - phone? Thanks for reading and in advance for any help you can give me.
