Great News!

Starting day 4 today, I feel terrific! Yesterday was my six month physical, and my bp was 120/80 which it hasn't been in over 2 years! My glucose level was just a tad elevated 146, but that too is a treamendous improvement. Just like most, from reading the message boards, I felt nausea and still have that fuzzy tongue feeling, but know from reading those things will disappear. I'm more excited about the cleansing aspect of this diet more so than weight loss. Thanks to all the great messages out there for encouraging me. I will continue the diet and look foward to even more amazing results!
