forbetterorworse used the wrong contact for requesting support - negligence on their part!

forbetterorworse tried to contact through curezone which is not our contact for support. Sometimes I get as many as 100 or more messages a day on curezone and sometimes I am not here for several days at a time. Sometimes I am not here for over a week.

Our website very plainly spells out how to contact customer support. We provide a toll free telephone number for both the US and Canada. We also provide an e-mail that comes directly to our computer.

CureZone is NOT an official customer contact and if you try to contact us through CureZone, that is YOUR fault, no ours, not mine.
