I never said that it was defective, I said outdated.

If the one you received was defective then why did you not notify us? What model did you get?

The only one that we had a defect on had a defective processor and was replaced with new circuit boards and updated chips. There was only a handful of those. So, if your unit was not good, why did you not just send it back? Why have you waited so long?

And, I sure do not get how you can say that our stuff is over priced. Our cheapest unit at only $109 offers far more capability than the RSG-4 does at $149. To each his own.

As for the post on the Rx forums, the people who prefer drugs are welcome to their choices, that I do not care about. It is when they come on forums for alternatives and start making attacks that I have issues with. They have been pushing their agenda and bullying others an I got tired of it so I showed publicly that what they were claiming was false. It is not just zappers that they have been attacking.

And this case is a perfect example of cyber bullying.

I looked back and found that you had a CCa. We have not sold these in 5 or 6 years and what we have now is way beyond that although there are many still in use. As for the CCa, it was well built and there never has been a need for any recall. I am not sure what your problem was with it ( other than you did not like the wires ).

I will agree with you that the RSG-4 does have a few advantages over the old outdated CCa but it is certainly no match for our newer models.

So what you are saying is that the 2014 model RSG is better than the 2004-2009 ParsZapper. Again, in some respects, but not in several.
