I do rely on it, yes. But it isn't like I'm going out of my way to carry a small tub of aquaphor in my pocket. And if that stops my lips becoming unmanageable, then I'll take it any day.

In response to your question of mixing it more, I am currently using it alongside protopic steroid cream, and am seeing fairly good results.

My aim is to keep using them side by side until I am 100% confident my lips are strong enough to handle the introduction of organic chapstick into the mix.
