Thrush , redness inside mouth

I have thrush inside my my mouth on the inner part of the lips. I have been using acv and I guess that it is getting rid of all bacteria inside mouth which includes good bacteria. I am suspecting that it is candida but I am not sure. Little part of my mouth became red and it is spreading .
What should I do?
