Of course Water Fasting is going to be attacked, it is a gift given to us by God.

We can use fasting along with prayer to cast evil away from our souls. Matthew 17:21 Moses fasted for fourty days, so did The Son of God. Our Lady in Medjugorje has said that when enough people pray and fast wars can be stopped. That's how powerful fasting is. Read the Bible while fasting... It is amazing the insights a person gets. Jesus took it a step further and fasted in the heat of the desert, sweating. His body was already perfect, but he did this as an example to show us how to clean our body and protect our soul.

Fasting also allows the body to heal on its own. I fast two days each week and it's amazing the difference it makes. Cancer eats up all the food we eat in the body, causing the other cells to fast. Allowing those cells to clean themselves. When a person with cancer has cleaned up their body, the cancer leaves.

Water is what cleans the earth, look at Noah. The world was in Sin... and Noah and his family was in the arc along with the rest of the animals while the sinful were cleansed from the earth.
