Iodine/candida help

Please someone help! I started the Iodine 3months ago and fairly quickly went to 50mg then eventually stopping at 100mg to try and escape some of the detox symptoms. I occasionally do some coffee enemas to try and help push some of the toxins out. Well in the process I'm assuming the Iodine has brung out some underlying conditions I never knew I had which is candida I'm pretty positive. I've always been prone to sinus infections. This has made my life a living hell! The severe rashes, lethargy, brain fog, eye and yeast infections, ect! I take all the supporting supplements ect and have backed away from the Iodine still with no relief! I recently upped my vitamin d to 10,000 per a suggestion I read Grizz speak about. I'm losing more weight which I don't like or need to but it's like it's reset my metabolism to very high like when I was younger. I'm 39 and started the iodoral to help with hormonal issues but now I feel like I have unleashed another beast to tackle which is candida! I'm feeling so hopeless and just like giving up because I've tried everything it seems like. I'm very well read and research everything very thoroughly, so I'm not a novelist to this or my health. Any advise would be so appreciated!!!!
