Releasing intestinal mucus lining

Hi there

What type of product can be used to let go of the intestinal mucus?
I have heard that this can be very helpful when one wants to get rid of parasites, heavy metals, residues etc.
Are there a lot of different types that can be used prior to a decoction, enema or for example castor oil?
