Fungal Sinus issues and herbs

Every time I eat anything sweet or carby such as rice, I wake up with sinus pressure, swollen bags under my eyes and headaches. Of course if I am not careful and do that too often, I get a very nasty sinus infection. So I'm assuming I have a fungal problem. Has anyone tried herbs for killing the fungi in their sinuses?

I have SIBO so wasn't sure if I should work on my stomach bacteria or the fungi in the sinuses or both at the same time. Wondering if anyone else has tried any remedies for fungal sinusitis?

I'm thinking about trying Gymnema and see if it helps, but mostly the herb is dosed for blood Sugar and not fungal infections.
