solvent exposure - symptoms worse - now what??

hi . someone i care about was exposed to something, i think solvent and is drastically worse and extremely confused

what do we do?

i guess solvents hatched worms?

what do I do to quickly stop them from doing permanent damage??

how can I stop this????
