How to start slow and small. Start with 30 mL or 1 oz per day of YOUR OWN mid day urine from a period when you are well hydrated. This will have very little urine content or taste as it will be mostly water. Fresh midstream urine only. You can add it to juice to get over the taste at first. This is a micro-dose, stay with this for at least a month before trying more. Don't up the dose until you are drinking it straight with no ill effects.
