Re: "visual centering" to increase life force, vital force, nerve force. . .
Hi Chris,
I suppose "increase" was not quite the correct word, and might be misleading. I was hasty in my enthusiasm.
The VC is more accurately about re-connecting, reconfiguring, re-calibrating; a re-set to one's innate self, in such a way that a limitless potential and feelings of being 'at home' are (or can increasingly be) naturally co-present. Something that most of us have lost 'touch with' by the age of three if not before, as Dr Kathryn May says. I think anyone can prove for themselves how the VC works. it's pretty amazing--and you can see it in the faces of the volunteers, even if you don't want to try it yourself.
I hope you will take a look!
From a newfound (original) place of seeing from 'the centre of the brain', so to speak, ( where we are usually off-balance and forward of centre), the head and heart line up, there is ease of being and better decisions about everything are more natural, less effortful, more wholistic.
Raw and/or living foods, and so forth, will just look more appealing, naturally.
so I think we are both on the same 'page' . . . :-)
Thank you for prompting me to clarify however, that really nothing is increased, per se. As with water fasting, (for most people) it is far more likely to be a process of letting discordance fall away, or removing layers of toxicity, to restore or reclaim
an inherent coherence.
my best
Chiron
