Of course anyone can over ozonate, the question is ARE you?
There's no way to measure it as far as I know, so I'd play it by ear. First of all can you smell the ozone? That indicates it's working. Second, I would start making 5 minute glasses, can you taste chlorine? If so I'd bump up the time. Several ways you can use judgement and personal experience.
