Hey thanks for the reply! How would you keep your ph up during a fast?
I just did 28 days of water only and after 3 weeks of refeeding (which is on Sunday) I will start back up. I'm eating 2 huge salads a day and a green smoothie for breakfast. Tons of nuts, seeds, 2 avocados, and olive oil every day to bulk up before I start again. I think I've gained almost 10 lbs. I don't know how much of that is water weight... So hopefully my body will be ready.
I'm just so curious about how I will feel, and how different it will be.
I always need to know what to expect and what's coming next, I like to be prepared. I wish I was more laid back and could just go with it and see how it is.
