I used 00 capsules. The cost was $85 kilo. But a kilo will last forever. Also good for pain, stomach and many other things. The aura of the myrrh was beautiful. It worked great.

I sent my mom some myrrh from Amazon for pain and it was so wonderful, she is no longer in pain and it was cheap like 10 bucks. It is from Solaray.

As for me I wanted the authentic stuff.
