Folliculitis on both sides of chin/around mouth

I've been suffering from folliculitis for about 3 weeks now, trying my best to manage it and get it under control but nothing is working.
I thought it was Acne at first,
but it keeps spreading and nothing is responding to it.

I recently got in an accident while on vacation where I broke my arm and leg and had surgery in Thailand.
It's been 8 weeks since my surgery and I was on cepholexin and ciprobay end of November.

This flare up started right during my menstrual cycle at the beginning of January.

I thought it was Acne but it looked like nothing I have experienced before.

Went to urgent care because I am still waiting for my insurance to kick in.
The doctor prescibed me with cephazolin and mupirocin.
The mupirocin seems to be doing nothing.
I can't tell with cephazolin yet.
She didn't test anything to see if it was bacterial or fungal.

I bought some hibiclens and have been using that as well.

Nothing is fading or going away at all.
How can i get this under control?
I'm starting to think it's gram negative or yeast related if I'm not responding to cephazolin.

I just don't want to be causing more damage with more Antibiotics .
I feel like all the Antibiotics I was on for the past month have caused this to happen.
