I think that's true. After my Master-Cleanse last year, and healthy eating, I lost a total of 42 pounds. With that said, I totally screwed over the holidays up and ate what tasted good, not what was right for my body. I'm now 18 pounds up (in 3 months) and feel like garbage x 3. I've never agreed more with the phrase "you are what you eat". Eat healthy and feel healthy - eat cra**y and feel cra**y. In order to continue to feel how you are today you will need to maintain a healthy lifestyle! Your post absolutely makes 100% sense!
