First of all too many dates means too much Sugar and depending on the drying process, too much sulphur dioxide. Most of the dried fruits today are ridden with SO2. This helps the drying time and keeping the color of the original fruit. Dates apricots and raisins are one of those that are dried with SO2, which is toxic for our body.

There are many links on google about this, I just posted the first one I saw.

If you feel kidney is an issue then there are very simple things you can do. Hydration is the key. Drink water with lemon juice in it, you can add a bit of honey to it too. Drink it through the the day and pure water at night time. Make a vegetable broth from beets, beet greens, carrot shavings, potato shavings, any hot peppers and celery. Drink this broth for three days.

For relieving emotional stress, do EFT and meditationand kapalbhatti. But most importantly to change how we see things, everything is, I can't change it, see the conflicts as an outsiders and you will see it differently. Conflicts are there because everyone wants to see everything the way it should be and not the way it is.

You are a balanced individual, you will figure this one out.

Feel better.
