I found the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) really hard the first time but then I read that it should be warmed up a bit and that helped alot. You get used to it, at least I did.
As far as the elimination, at first I was concerned because I was rarely going...usually once or twice a day typically, peeing alot though as you can imagine with all of the water intake. The elimination has stayed the same for me. I attribute this to the fact that I always had regular movements before I started as I usually eat alot of fiber in my diet. I find that I only go now after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning. Less elimination today as I have nothing in me.
Not sure about the salt. I have no idea how to answer that. The only thing I can think of is that we usually have alot of sodium in our diets so I would not worry about that..the lady at the health food store told me when I bought the salt that it was full of minerals that the body needs so I would continue with the SWF's if you can. And I know you can...good luck!
