I hear B6 helps to move glutamine towards the body's main anti-anxiety chemical--GABA.

It also is involved in production of the liver's very important antioxidant, glutathione.

It is helpful for muscles, digestive tract and kidneys.

Don't deprive yourself of such a potentially helpful supp.
