Forum software plus Organizing

hi,
would be good to have the option to see each individual forum in typical forum software. For example XenForo is quite nice here:

the main problem is that once a topic is below
the first few it wont be noticed much and new comments wont drag it back to the top. So there isnt much point in commenting on topics that are more than a few days old because they wont be read again and discussion wont continue.

also, for the current forum software it would be nice to have navigation along the top and subsections organized for example:

CureZone>General>Parasites
>RX for Parasites
>Parasites: Protozoa
>Parasites: Skin

etc, something like that

and the cross-posting is somewhat annoying.
CZ needs better organizing and also a more modern look would help too Tweet
