Hypothyroid Symptoms But Normal Lab Work

Hi everyone,

I am so at lost after seeing my doctor instead of feeling better. I was telling her all my symptoms that read much like hypothyroid and my extreme weight gain of 10lbs in just couple months doesn't seem to bother her either. She didn't want me to take TSH test but did so anyway. I beg her to add another work and she agreed to test my free t4.
The result came back normal, my TSH 0.5 and free t4 at 1.1.
I am wondering if I should get a complete check on my own since she's unwilling to do it for me?
Will additional lab work like T3 and such come back normal too knowing that both my TSH and free T4 are normal? Do I still need more check?
