I did 2nd one last saturday.

I'm totally satisfied with the stones this time. I think I've found more than 100 stones including big ones. (1cm?)

But I felt there's some leftovers inside my body on sunday, it didn't feel completed. And I've found more stones by yesterday night with coffee enema.

It's not like amazing, dramatic turnaround in my digestion and health just like the first time. I even feel uncomfortable with my digestion after the 2nd flush.

Maybe I need some patience.
